Work With Me.

There are two primary ways to work with me, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for.

For many women, the best place to begin is Aurelia Health - my hormones-first™ medical practice for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, metabolic shifts, thyroid changes, and the broader physiologic transitions of midlife.

For a smaller number of women, I also offer private higher-touch care directly with me.

This page will help you find the right place to start.

Aurelia Health

Concierge hormone and metabolic care for women 35+

Aurelia Health is my hormones-first™ medical practice for women who want a more personalized, more relationship-based approach to midlife care.

A woman with long brown hair and light skin, wearing a leopard print top and white vest, sitting in a booth with wood-paneled walls and a window, smiling at the camera, with a laptop and cup on the table.

This is the best fit for women who:

  • want support that goes beyond symptom management

  • are looking for a more individualized hormone and metabolic strategy

  • want continuity, partnership, and a longer-term view of their health

  • are ready to understand what their body may actually need, not just quiet the most obvious symptoms

At Aurelia, this is how to begin:

The Hormone Deep Dive

A comprehensive first step for women who want to better understand what may be happening in their body, what may be getting missed, and what a more strategic clinical path could look like.

From there, you can choose if you want to transition into our Aurelia Medical Membership. This is longitudinal, hormone and metabolic care for women who want ongoing support, personalized oversight, coaching, education, and a more proactive path toward optimization, prevention, and long-term health.

Over the past decade, Emily has supported women through challenges including hormone imbalance, perimenopause and menopause, thyroid dysfunction, fertility, chronic fatigue, autoimmunity, gut health, histamine disorders, and metabolic health. But her work has never been about treating conditions in isolation.

Emily believes that lasting health comes from understanding the whole woman - her physiology, her nervous system, her life, and the unique factors that have shaped her health journey.

Private Care With Emily

A deeply personalized partnership for women navigating complex health concerns.

While Aurelia provides relationship-based care through an integrated clinical team, Emily also works privately with a small number of women each year in six- and twelve-month partnerships.

Private Care is designed for women who want to work directly with Emily on more complex or layered health concerns, with the time, continuity, and clinical partnership to look beyond individual symptoms and understand the bigger picture.

Private Care may be the right fit if you're looking for:

  • A close, ongoing partnership with Emily

  • More time, continuity, and personalized clinical strategy

  • Support navigating complex or overlapping health concerns

  • An integrated approach that connects hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, and nervous system health

  • A long-term relationship focused on helping you feel well now while protecting your future health

Because of the level of involvement, Emily accepts only a limited number of Private Care patients each year.

Testimonials

“The protocol that Emily put me on feels like a miracle; and life changing. I feel like I got my life back very quickly.”

—Ricki Lake, Private Care Patient
