About Emily Sadri

Emily Sadri is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, and founder of Aurelia Health: a hormones-first™ medical practice for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, metabolic shifts, and the deeper physiologic changes of midlife.

She helps women who have already done a lot, already know a lot, and still don’t feel well.

Clinical training, deep experience, and a different point of view

Emily began her career as a labor and delivery nurse on Manhattan’s Lower East Side and completed her graduate training in Midwifery and Women’s Health at the University of Pennsylvania.

She spent more than a decade in conventional medicine, working closely with women during some of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives. Over time, she began to see the same thing from a different angle: the medical system was failing women not only in birth and reproductive care, but again in midlife.

Women were being told their symptoms were normal. Their labs were fine. Their bodies were just aging.

But Emily knew that wasn’t the full story.

She shifted her work into functional medicine, hormone care, and physiology-first midlife medicine so she could help women understand what was actually happening in their bodies, and offer care that went deeper than symptom management alone.

Why Aurelia Exists

Aurelia was built for the woman who is doing everything right and still not feeling like herself.

The woman who has:

  • seen providers

  • run labs

  • tried supplements

  • changed her diet

  • started HRT

  • and still doesn’t feel clear, steady, strong, or well

Emily created Aurelia because she saw how often women were being offered fragmented care: a prescription without interpretation, a supplement plan without strategy, a short visit without real partnership.

Aurelia was designed to be different.

It is a concierge telehealth practice rooted in physiology, relationship, and long-term care — a place where women are treated like intelligent, capable people who deserve more than symptom suppression and guesswork.

What Emily Believes

Emily believes that hormone decline is not just a reproductive issue. It is a systems-level event that affects metabolism, sleep, mood, inflammation, cognition, cardiovascular health, and how a woman feels in her body overall.

She believes women deserve:

  • care that is individualized, not templated

  • interpretation, not just information

  • a provider who understands the difference between feeling “managed” and feeling well

  • a plan that supports long-term health, not just short-term symptom relief

Her work focuses especially on:

  • precision hormone care

  • metabolic health

  • physiologic HRT

  • midlife longevity medicine

  • restoring confidence and clarity for women whose bodies no longer respond to “the usual” advice

Aurelia Health Today

Through Aurelia, Emily and her team support women in multiple U.S. states with a more personalized, relationship-based approach to midlife medicine.

Aurelia’s model combines:

  • nurse practitioner-led clinical care

  • physiologic hormone expertise

  • deeper lab interpretation

  • ongoing partnership and monitoring

  • a hormones-first™ framework that helps women understand the full picture

This is not “add to cart” medicine. It is high-touch, thoughtful care designed to evolve with a woman over time.

A more personal note

Emily lives in the Midwest with her husband, four children, and two dogs.

She is deeply committed to helping women understand their bodies, trust what they are experiencing, and access care that is equal to the complexity of midlife.

Because symptoms are never “just aging.”
And women deserve far more than being told to push through.
